Brigantine Information

         
           Brigantine is an island along the Jersey Shore that provides its’ residents and visitors with a close-knit community, as well as convenient access to the excitement of Atlantic City. No matter where you are in town, you will find yourself only within minutes of the beach. If interested in real estate in the city of Brigantine, there are several locations on the island from which to choose from.  Rent or buy real estate in the south end, A-zone, or the golf course area and north end of Brigantine.
 

The south end of the island is the area found directly after coming over the bridge. Residing in the southern end of Brigantine will allow quick access to the island’s shopping centers, restaurants, banks, and gas stations. During the summer seasons locals and tourists can take advantage of the many ice-cream parlors within walking distance and access to the four wheel drive beaches. In the south end you can find many activities to entertain your extracurricular needs. Brigantine has public tennis courts, playgrounds, basketball courts, baseball and football fields, street hockey courts, a skate part, and miniature golf course. The A-zone of Brigantine is found in the center of the island. This area houses restaurants, clothing stores, beach shops, and grocery and convenient stores. In this area of town you can also easily access other sports’ fields, and the large playground Shark Park, located on 26^th street. Also on 26^th street and Bayshore Avenue are the public docks for those who prefer kayaking or swimming in the bay. The local arcade, The Smile Factory, located on Brigantine Avenue in the A-zone, is a fun place to visit with family and friends during the summer seasons. Almost every location in the A-zone is within walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Brigantine.
The north end and golf course areas are located at the farthest end of Brigantine. These areas are typically quieter than the other locations in Brigantine. On this side of town you can find the bird watch tower, beautiful sea wall, and of course more places to eat. The Brigantine Golf Links is the public golf course located on the northern side of the island. This is the closest golf course to Atlantic City and its’ country club includes a Bar and Grille, Pro Shop, and banquet room for weddings, parties, and other occasions.
